Basically im here because im trying to lose 21 pounds and i figured it would be easier to do it when im posting my progress, my training plan is very limited, i play football for 4 hours a week and swim for two hours a week, its moving slowly and i was wondering if anyone had any experience of using fat burners. in particular "Body Supreme Extreme Ripped", i have heard mixed reviews and was wondering if i should continue with my plan or go for the pills to see if they made a difference. Also i am looking to lose this weight in a month to join the army
