Basically im here because im trying to lose 21 pounds and i figured it would be easier to do it when im posting my progress, my training plan is very limited, i play football for 4 hours a week and swim for two hours a week, its moving slowly and i was wondering if anyone had any experience of using fat burners. in particular "Body Supreme Extreme Ripped", i have heard mixed reviews and was wondering if i should continue with my plan or go for the pills to see if they made a difference. Also i am looking to lose this weight in a month to join the army

The answer to both is no.

More realisticly, HELL no.

There is only one real way to lose weight, eat less calories than you burn. It's a simplistic way but real. Pills don't work. In fact, with what you are doing physically, it could hurt you as people have died from taking those pills in combination of heavy exercise. Don't look for short cuts. You want to be in the army. That takes discipline. Show that discipline in your food choices.

Weight loss that is healthy is about establishing good habits and let them do the work for you. Quick weight loss is often not healthy and can be dangerous - especially pills. I do not recommend them at all.

Eat less calories than you use in a day. Get some exercise everyday. It will be good training for the military. By the way, thanks for serving.
