i had loads of beers last nite but just eat fruit while drinkin and have managed to lose like half a pound.beer is wat got me in this mess tho so i need to be carefull.
 
just a thought, why dont we measure ourselfs while we`re still at the begginin of this thread. i`m currently 44inces round the middle.
 
FFS I've been stuck at the same weight for three weeks now. For some reason, I'm feeling confident this week things will change. We shall see.
 
well i`m down 13lbs after today, only 1lb to go before i lose a stone. i`ve only ever lost half a stone before so this will be a big milestone for me.

also i`ve ordered a new cook book i`ve been dieing to get for ages, it tells u how many cals are in each meal and the other books in the series are really great and have helped me lose all my weight so far.

NICE!! good on you for achieving the mile stone, from here on out it'll be mile stone after milestone ;) Can't wait to read in a future post that you've lost 2 stone.

Yeah I've been the same for a week too, I think you just need to keep on being persistent with the battle to loose weight. Constantly eating right, constantly doing workouts couple times a week, or as they say at least 30mins or exercise a day. But anyway hope to see some loss for you next week mate :):)

Side note, sorry for being inactive past week, had been really slacking off, nutrition, and exercise-wise but... getting back into routine as of tomorrow morning.

i stayed the same for 2 weeks gaining 3lbs in the middle. all i eat extra to put on those 3lbs was a big bag of maltesers and a sandwich before bed one nite(but didnt have a very big tea). then another nite instead of cooking i had a chinese. those 3lbs have been a nightmare to lift back off tho and i think i need 2 or 3 weeks of weight loss to forget about it.

was my second day at the gym today, i did a good 30mins on cross trainer and 30mins swimming. i`m hopein to go 1 or more times more this week so hopein for a good loss this week. very pleased with myself i went today cos i really didnt wanna go.
 
Yah, I'm proud of myself too whenever I "force" myself to go, but that's extremely rare these days since the gym has become a part of my daily routine :) I've completely given up on Chinese food. My weakness is fried rice. This place I go to gives you literally three pounds. My friend and I would sit there and peck on it all day like a bunch of dumbasses. I don't know why he's not fat. He doesn't work out and he eats way more junk food than I do and drinks soda everyday. <shrugs> Yeah, I'm traumatized by fried rice and pizza >_<

i hope your fighting back daybehavior.

i went to the gym again today, managed a 20minute run and 10minutes on cross trainer. the machines only said 160 cals together but i felt like i did way more than when i do 30mins on cross trainer as i lose 250 cals when i do that but hey ho. i`ve lost 15lbs all together now and feel like i`m goin strong.
 
Thanks, and oh you better believe I'm fighting back, buddy :) I got my guns drawn and am going postal on their ass this week. Honestly I was just gonna give up exercising until I got back from visiting my mom's next month, but ya'lls (and my homeboy seanbush's) encouragement helped to turn me around.

Anyway, yeah 160cals seems oddly low for the work you did o_O I hope the machine is not kaputt. I still need to buy that damn measuring tape too.
 
Well I went to walmart today to see if they had measuring tape. I went to the fabrics section and all they had was a 120 inch tape. i don't need 12 feet of tape :-/ I may have been mistaken and it could have been 120 cm. Anyway, I think theres gotta be a better place to find body tape.

i`m not sure where u`d get it i`m in the uk, i just used a measureing tape on a coil.

i had a bad weekend, i drank friday and saturday but only put on 1lb all together. i need to get right back on it, the december challenge weigh in is wednesday i think and i want to do well in that.
 
my weight hasnt been doing much last couple of days which is worrying me, but i went to the gym today and did a extra 5 minutes on the treadmill, 25mins in total and 2.4km in distance which i was proud of.
only eat a couple of bonana`s today and havin a stir fry tonight so hopefully my weight will go down a bit for tomorrow.

i`ve set a pretty high goal for myself of running the london marathon in 2012, it maybe is unrealistic but when i used to go to gym alot and run i had like a million big goals for myself, i really thought i could do anythin.

Oh boy, sorry to hear that, Day. Suppose that regret for letting go that day may be fuel for you to work harder. Being consistent is a hard thing for me aswell, It's always like that.... drop like 5-10kg then let go and slowly creep back (horray yo-yo) -lol-

But any way cmon mate! we're meant to keep eachother in check :boxing: REmember you said that to me on my diary :p

levity aside, i do plan on sticking to ~1400 for the rest of the week. Lord knows I took up my caloric budget for the rest of the damn week today.

not a very good day, went for a tattoo this morning and when i came out i had a burger king burger and a bit of soda. then on way home bought some beers. so had a burger and 5 beers. had fish for super but i dont think it`ll make up the difference.

i did a 35min run today 15mins more than last week to help burn it off, also went for a swim but i wasnt in the mood it was to cold.

omg cooked italian meatballs tonight for the 1st time and they blew me away absalutly amazein and only 260cals.
 
hope you guys had a good christmas, i put on 4lbs but lost 2lbs the following day. i`ve starting running outside now with a gps system watch so thats really keeping me going.

ordered 5 t shirts in the sales for a new incentive to lose a bit of stomach.:cheers2:
