So ive changed my diet to one meal a day, and different exercises throughout the day.
i wake up in the morning and go for a walk, about a 2 miles or more. some days i run, but not very far, i mostly run for like 5 minutes than walk the rest of the time...trying to build my stamina.
after that i come home and relax a little, do 3 sets of 20 sit ups and 3 sets of 10 push ups. and go for the same walk later. Drinking water throughout the day.
i usually eat something small 4-6 hours after i awake and that's it, but im going to change that to 3-4 small meals, cause what i was doing was not healthy.
Im changing my plan to 2 brisk walks a day of 4 miles for sure, maybe more depending on what im doing. same amount of push ups and sit ups. and the change in diet. As time goes on i will add more push ups and sit ups
My diet is healthy food. fruits, vegetables, meat, water. I cut out all sweets and fatty foods, and bread sadly.
If im on the right path please tell me, if i need to make some changes please tell me.
