AHH!!!! help!

boo. today i went shopping but then i started feeling bad because of the manicanes in the stores. some of them have such nice bodies so clothes look good when they're on the manicane(not sure if thats how you spell it). but whenever i try the clothes, they look kinda ugly because im short and chubby. i want to make my calves look smaller but the problem is that they're already muscle. i know how some people like muscular calves but i dont....in fact, i hate them. is there any way to make them smaller even though they're already muscle? and how long would you suggest i run for on the treadmill....and how many days a week? basically....i need to lose fat all over my body.

and how do i learn to cut down more on junk food? it seems like im ALWAYS hungry so i keep eating. i need to know how to cut down my junk food cravings.

I would say too that you need to eat veggy and fruit unstead of Junk...
But you have to remember that some people tend to eat junk food when they feel depress, tired, lonely, or bored.. so what I would do is for a good month write everything that you eat, the time you eat, what it is and what you were doing when you fealt to eat that stuff...

eg.
Time What Why
3:00 Cake Nothing to do,..

Stuff like that...

Then you can see where you make the mistake..and try to corrected..
An other thing is that sometime you feel hungrey but you are not.. you actually need some water, so make sure that you drink at least 8 glass a day and if you exercice or drink coffe brink more...
Water will help you to eliminate the toxin you have in your body and sometime this play a big role in loosing weigh..

and Don't forget to take a lots of fiber, but very slow...

Good luck.. and remember that loosing weigh is not a quick release thing, it take time and a lots of patience, and I am sure you can DO IT..

hehe thanks for all the advice from everyone ;) i'll try my hardest to stop eating junk food!
 
do it the same way I quit smoking: don't buy it. Force the mind to control the body. When you get the urge, practice some kind of diversion. I would play with my doggie. You can drink a big glass of water. Have good stuff around for snacks, stuff you can eat as much as you want of. If it isn't in the house, it's not gonna tempt you.
