I have a food checkbook that I have to record everything I eat. It shows nutrition facts of fruits and veggies, meats, condiments, spreads, beans, and well a lot of food. So its easy for me to keep track of what I eat, and how much calories I take in. Not to mention, I'm a nutrition label whore, I read it all. I know what I take in. I read on here somewhere that it doesn't matter when you eat, it matters how much you eat. But I eat small meals throughout the day. Like for breakfast, I have a cup of cereal with soymilk, and usually a snack before lunch, lunch usually consists of a turkey sandwich on wholegrain with a fruit or I have a salad instead of sandwich, and then a mid after noon snack is another half a sandwich with a fruit, and dinner is chicken or fish with veggies. No sauce or extra fattening condiments. Everything is usually plain. Thats just an example of how I eat. My calories usually equal out to about 12-1300 a day. My exercise? I have free weights that I use at home, along with exercise videos. I have a home gym, and an eliptical machine. I do an hour of exercise 5-6 times a week. Cutting calories alone for me, doesn't do anything. I have to add exercise to it, not that its a bad thing to exercise - but I see a lot of people around me cuttin calories alone and it works for them. I do lose weight when I add exercise, so its not a problem, but I have the worst motivation level ever. lol
