Again, I still have the Determination

I am once again stuck at a higher weight than I would like. I have been a memeber here for quite some time and come and go, when I go so does my weight....it goes way up. :eek:
I am also going to be going full time at my job, which is on the 3rd shift. I am going to continue to be a stay at home mom by day. I do have 2 kids, 2 and 5. I get about 4-6 hours of sleep a night, depending on when I get my job done. I have a hard time getting motivated with the extra weight. So I am back, hoping to get some inspiration and support. :)
Currently, I am 145 and My goal is to be 120. I am 5'4'' and have a smaller build. I don't care how long it takes, I am commited this time to sticking to a healthier lifestyle and not a diet. I hope I can get some kinda of help!! Thank you for reading.

do some reading around the forum, especially the stickied threads and you should get some direction...

great plan to have it be a lifestyle change rather than a diet -it's what will make it work for you..
 
Thank you! I do really need to get back into the habits. I have the great eating back down and have been keeping a food journal for the past 2 weeks. I just need to get back into the groove of exercise. I would love any ideas that anyone has. I have tons of home movies for workouts and I also walk. I can't got to the gym to spooked. :eek:
