I am once again stuck at a higher weight than I would like. I have been a memeber here for quite some time and come and go, when I go so does my weight....it goes way up.
I am also going to be going full time at my job, which is on the 3rd shift. I am going to continue to be a stay at home mom by day. I do have 2 kids, 2 and 5. I get about 4-6 hours of sleep a night, depending on when I get my job done. I have a hard time getting motivated with the extra weight. So I am back, hoping to get some inspiration and support.
Currently, I am 145 and My goal is to be 120. I am 5'4'' and have a smaller build. I don't care how long it takes, I am commited this time to sticking to a healthier lifestyle and not a diet. I hope I can get some kinda of help!! Thank you for reading.
