Hallo, my name is Kevo. I just decided to browse the site here to help me get some tips on how to get back into shape. I'm not too big, 5'10 @ 170lbs, just trying to tone down some man boobs and get more active. I've been sentient all my life, sitting around the computer not really doing much. I don't eat too much, but then again I don't eat too healthy either. Just kinda trying to get some motivation together to get myself out more. It's a constant internal struggle knowing that I should be out doing something instead of inside watching TV. I work at a desk and rarely move for 50 hours a week, so that makes it that much more difficult. Just a mind thing I guess.
