Hi guys.. I am a 22 year old male and weigh around 280 right now.. I have a solid plan for weight loss involving 30 mins of cardio and weight lifting, every other day. From what i'm told this is a very good plan and I believe it will work. I just hope i'm able to stay motivated enough to keep it up. Anyway my question is.. if I lose weight, like 100lbs, will I have excess/flabby skin? Or am I still young enough where my skin will just go back to normal?
