Alright, tonight I ran my first 10 km in 51 minutes 30 seconds. Yesterday I had a rest day, and today I obviously felt great... my question is after such a big workout, is it okay if run again the next day? I've really begun to enjoy pushing myself, and I do think I'm past the fear of burning myself out. If there are any others running I'd appreciate some feedback.
