aeroics and weight training 2 times a week enough?

Hi guys, I want to ask you aout my workout regimine


I'm 20 years old university student and I am 156lb which is bit overweight for my age and height (I'm 5'5.5).
My waist measurement is also 32 :( I have access to a gym and do aerobics and strenght training 2 times a week for 3 hours.

Is this enough or should I go everyday if I need to lose 1 and a half stone this year and like 4 inches from my waiste?
PLZ give me a great workout regimine :)

Few questions for ya--are you male or female? How long have you been following this regimen? If for awhile, what has the progress been so far?
