I have been using Advocare products for over a year now. My first 24 day challenge I lost 13 lbs. and dropped a pant size, my second challenge I lost an additional 15 lbs. and have been able to keep it off. I am glad that my buddy introduced me to the products as I have not felt this good about myself and health wise in a very long time. Yes I am a distributor but I wasn't when I was introduced, I enjoyed the products so much I decided that I wanted to share with as many people as I could, and help if they decided they wanted to join me on my journey.
