Advise Wanted

Hey guys

I am currently 5'9" and about 169-170 lbs. I am on a crew team and start cutting weight to be more competitive weight adjusted in September. I started at 207 lbs and quickly droped to 185ish by Christmas where I hovered for a while. In February I was down to 178-79ish and hovered there until 2 weeks ago when I weighted in at 175. I need to make 160 to qualify for my weight class by april 16. Over the last 1.5 weeks I have dropped about 5.5 lbs by limiting calorie intake and only eating complex carbs. I need to lose an additional 9lbs in 2 weeks and am looking for good advice on how to do it healthy so that I don't lose my metabolism and don't lose energy/power to row. Thanks for any help.
