I'm looking for a bit of advise, im 23 about a year ago I was slim and fit in my body , I started a new job an office job at a desk and noticed I was sluggish and building up a tire around my waist I have cut the carbs as I was a pasta lover, I have changed my diet accordingly I just need a workout and routine . I currently take part in an hour of soccer Wednesday nights and squash on a Monday night . I have bought my own set of dumbells and a barbell I want to reduce my belly to flat and see those abs as well as making my body looking toned and defined. Can you help? I work 6 to 6 so I do my weights and football/squash on a night time and I don't want to lose these two carido sessions of an hour each Ps. I have invested in a lean protein powder and I take that post exercise ... I currently weigh 14stone 8 lb.. I'm not overweight . Just unfit because of my inactivity in my work
