advise for beginner please,.

Hey everyone,, I have been reading the board and have come across a lot of very useful info,, but i still have a few questions...
i have a mega max 3001 home gym, and i am getting some free weights soon,, but what i would like to know is,, what is the best excersize to get rid of man-boobs, and gut,, i have been doing push ups, and sit ups till i got the gym finnaly set up,, now i am doing press' and still doind sit ups,, but i was wondering if anyone had some advise...

here is the gym i got,, same as picture..

There's no best exercise since you can't spot reduce fat. A full body strength routine 3x a week coupled with cardio 4x a week has been helpful to me in reducing fat. You might want to post your diet as well, since nutrition is critical to weight maintenance.

ok, would it be best to do cardio the days i dont do teh full body workout?, or it doesnt really matter?

if i told you my diet up till teh last few days,, you would be shocked,, what ever i wanted,, when ever i felt like it..

i have started to eat waaaaay helthier,, but my problem is that i work 4 days a week,, 10 hours minimum,, 12 is ussual, 13-14 is not un-common..
and then there is occasional days off that i go in to work, so its 50-70 hours a week easily,,,

i dont like much foods though,, oinions, peppers, cuc's, zukini, stuff lkike that,, but i eat a lot of carrots, apples, apple juice, oarange's+ juice,

but i am having a real hard time with the rest of my diet plan,, how much to eat, when, what to eat??? i know absolutly nothing about nutrition or calories and such.

right now im 5'9" mabey 5'10" 225lbs, but am also quite strong,, i am a commercial mechanic so its a heavy job...
but that also brings up another point,, at my job,, its very demanding.. and i run out of energy, slow down,, get to tired to even care about getting the job done quick,,, any quick tips for this??

SORRY FOR THE MILLION QUESTIONS,, but i need help,, baaaadly.
any help is appreciated.

A good place to start would the stickies at the top of the forums. They contain a lot of good info on nutrition (LV's grocery list shows a good list of what to buy).

If your confused on what to eat, when to eat, how much of it to eat then you should pick up some men's health magazines. They won't always have diet plans in there to suite you, but there are always great ideas.

i don't know what you use but i'm using slim capsules that i bought from ... I'm a female but got fat belly, fat hips but small boobs which is not proportional at all.
