Hi, I am obviously new here, and need a little advice. I was 144 and lost 7lbs but hit a plataeu... i havnt lost a lbs in 2 weeks...

Please help!!

I don't want to know "like" what your intake is.

I want to know what it is.

Do you not keep track?

Also, how long have you been dieting without a break?
 
Oh..and Im female 25 years old 5"0 and 137lbs. I was 144 but then cut out pop and junk food, then I cut out coffee, then I started cardio. Then I swapped all my white breads and rice to brown, and finally added more veggies and less starch to my diet. But still nothing.... I mean I am not ignorant when it comes to nutrition, I have done my fair share of reading, but i was just looking for a piece of advice something i might have missed thats effecting my weight loss

And what do you do for proteins and essential fats?

The two most important components of the diet.
 
I write everything down..right to the amount of salt. I eat in the range of 1300-1500 calories/ day no more then that and no less. I keep a journal of everything I eat, my cardio sessions, and the vitamins i take
 
I have a shake in the morning and some meat at lunch and some more meat at dinner..chicken turkey lean beef stuff like that. and i take omega3&6 as well
 
Have you thought about changing your normal workout routine and trying something different? I find trying something different will normally push me in a different way and can be effective.
