Advice

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips about chaning my diet.
I'm currently eating a big bowl of porridge oats in the morning followed by an apple if I'm still hungry.
At luch I have a bag of 'lite' crisps, chicken sandwhich and some more fruit.
Evening meals vary but are always served with plenty of salad.
If I get hungry after this I generally eat fruit.
Could anybody suggest anyway I could improve on this, please?
Oh, and I am also going to the gym three times a week and play rugby twice a week.

First of all, I like your username :D

2ndly, your diet seems ok, just try to have 5-6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 bigger ones. Your choices seem good though.
 
you could try to eat eggs(1 whole egg and 4 egg whites) with half a corn bread and an apple for breakfast...that will sure keep you full till lunch
...and you could freely eat more proteine foods for breakfast cos it's the most important meal of the day
...otherwise your diet seemes ok for me...
