Advice Please...

Hi all...

I'm planning to return to the gym tomorrow. It'll be my first session for 2-3 months due to some recent changes in my life (another story!).
I am considering a change to my previous fitness program and want to generally tone-up throughout the coming months... One particular area where I carry quite a bit of extra weight from my larger days is my lower back and around the side of my abdomen. Also, I feel that my tummy itself could do with some tightening/toning.
I'd greatly appreciate any advice anyone may be able to give me on tackling these issues.

I was in a really squishy place a year ago and wanted to lose a bit of weight and tone up. Current routine wasn't really helping me; I found out about P90X3 I decided to give it a try. I lost 20 lbs and got in the best shape of my life...it was pretty astonishing results for only 30 min a day. What fitness program are you doing currently?

Specific exercises won't make you lose more weight in a specific place. What you need to do is watch what you eat and do cardio workouts. They burn heaps of calories.
 
Regular exercise can make your body fit and slim. Before stat again going to zym, you should think two time about will you go regular or not. Because start the exercise is not tough task for anyone but doing it regular is really rocket science.
 
thats very good. i am also planning to go to gym. but there's one thing that, you have to carry on gym for long time to get a good result. besides gym, i think you have to control your food habit.
