Advice Please

I have beeing working out & doing some running and got a bad insect bite just below my knee on Friday on the side of my calf, near the front. I do not know what bit me. Have not run since then. I want to go back out tomorrow to run and work out. It is inflamed and I am on antibiotics because of it. It is swelled but the swelling has improved, it is very red & still sensitive and itchy. The swelled & sensitive area is about 4 inches in diameter.

Do you think working out and running will make it any worse? I have been walking on it withiut any issues.
 
There's only one way to find out. You probably don't have to run long to identify whether or not there is a problem. A possible problem I could see is sweat. If nothing else, sweat might make it itch like crazy even more so as you are running. If it does bother you to run, just wait it out until it heals.
