Advice on meal replacement shake, IdealShape

Hello,

I have been doing some research into meal replacement shakes. My question is not 'should I use them' but which one should I use. I eat fairly health, I simply want to try meal replacements at lunch due to busy lifestyle.

Is IdealShape a good product? Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the help.

I have little knowledge of branded meal replacements, but are home-made smoothies an option? Fruit, juice, and some protein powder would go a lot further for your health (and satiety) than an off-the-shelf meal shake.

Well, I'm thinking about doing this for lunch replacement at work. The purpose would be to help me drop some of that stubborn belly fat and let's face it, a lot of us don't always get the nutrition we should when we are on the go at work. So, knowing me, if I were to try to make a shake every morning for lunch it would probably last about a couple of weeks. I guess it's partially a convenince thing.

I see. Just thought that home-made shakes would be easier on your wallet as well. (You could always make a large batch at once and freeze it.)
