advice on diet and workout

hey everyone , as you will probably all tell I'm new here,
I am looking for advice on losing weight and get more definition and tone ..

Im 22 yrs old , male , about 168 cm tall ( 5ft 6" ish i think ) and currently weigh 69 KG's ,

i used to weigh around 65 kg all through high skool and since leaving i put on weight and got up to 85 kg which just wasn't right, i have lost 15 kg , mainly through fast diets and litte stints of cardio and weights training over the years, but then would just lose motivation , but it just feels like i can put it all straight back on unless i start doing it right ..

over the last few weeks i have been doing some weights , mainly just chest and arms to try get back into it, and have signed up to a gym today....

I like to have a drink on weekends and normaly try to keep it to 1 night per weekend , but you never know :)

ok so here is my current diet and will be my weights training ..

( o and because i have not been weights training full on yet i have strayed away from my diet a bit at times , mostly at night wen i always get very hungry :( , but here it is anyway )

7:00 am - 2 - 3 weetbix, with skim / trim millk which ever it is i have...

10:00 am 2 -3 cruskets ( dry cracker like things ) with a tin of fat free flavoured tuna ...

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Gym

1:30 pm - ham and salad sandwich , normaly just ham and tomato and lettuce on wholegrain bread

3:00 pm or 4:00pm currently nothing, but am thinking maybe a protein shake or sumthing ..

6:00pm - 2 -4 km running

7:00 pm either chicken or beef , normaly with a plate of veggies , sumtimes mashed potato .
( most nights leaves me hungry , not sure why maybe because i dont eat enough during the day or no idea ?? )

and my weights will consist of

monday - chest
tuesday - arms
wed - spin cycle class
thurs - back and shoulders
fri - legs ...
sat - maybe a light weights session at home if im up to it
sun rest

sum weeks will swap days around ..

so i think thats all the info i have ..

if anyone with advice could post your opinion that would be great , as it is hard to find out what is actualy good for you with so many different ppl saying eat more or eat less ... I guess its each to there own ..
but i find that geting advice from ppl who it is working for is the best way to do it ..

so thanks to all , and if anyone would like to know anything else ill be happy to answer

thanks .
