Advice needed

Hi folks, i weigh just under 14stone:( , id like to ask a few questions and be rest assured, i want to start dieting and going to gym as im really not happy with my apprenece:(
But.. if i start dieting is it possible i may have a growth spurt and then when im finally happy with my weight get even skinnier ? from the spurt im 16.

What exercises can i do at home to shift the pounds? and whats my ideal weight im just under 5"9

I will go to the gym as much as possible but when ive lost a few pounds and my confidence has built more.

I dont like salad, cumcumber and tomatoes, but i do like tuna, fish, pasta, and alot of other veggies can anyone think of a decent diet ? i drink alot of water

If so one can help be great help im hoping for around 11 stone ?

1 stone = 14lbs so currently you're at around 195 lbs - and you want to get to about 155ish.. (I still can't grasp the concept of stones)

are you male or female?

there's no exercise that will shift pounds - having fewer calories will reduce over all fat - but there's no way to spot reduce certain areas.

Don't wait til you've lost a few pounds - go to the gym now - people honestly aren't going to care what you look like - don't give yourself reasons to not go - give yourself reasons to go...

Have you talked with your parents about meal planning and what yuo are looking for? or the person that does the grocery shopping and cooking for your household? having the entire family eating healthily would be a good thing.

at your age, I wouldn't worry somuch about dieting, but rather learning what healthy portions are and what healthy eating is - it will give you a good foundation for the rest of your life...
