As all of you know, I am not the best deiter in the world. I've tried everything! Even restricting to 1,000-1,500 cals, and I still fail! I've come to the conclusion that deiting just isn't for me, which is why I have resorted to exercise. My question is, if I eat around 1,500-1,700 cals a day and exercise 1 hour on the treadmill, will I see results? Please give me your input!
