Your advice on my work out

im 17 years old.... when i decided to loose weight i was weighing 187 lbs im only 5'5... currently im weightin 157 same height but this is how i work out you tell me wat you think and if there way to improve it

first of all i start off with a cardio work out but for only 10 in... but through out those 10 min i kill my self hehe... i go at about 4.5 mph with an incline of 13 which max is like 15 on the machine i use... then i work out two mucsles just to use an example today i did back and shoulders...then i go back on the treadmill and do another 10 min work out which again i kill my self in... accordint to the machine in those 10 min im burning about 225 calores per 10 min... so thats about 450 calories when im done working out i dont know if i mdoing it right... any suggestions?
 
working out late at night

i was wondering if it was ok to workout late at night, around 10-11 oclock...i dont have much time to do it otherwise, its not weight training, its a tae bo video
