Advice for 90 Hour Workweek

I recently started a food trailer and I am pretty much always working. I haven't exercised in over a month but I think I can start going to the gym 1-2 times per week again, but when I'm not at work I'm pretty exhausted... Any of y'all have any advice for working out with little free time/energy?

I know squats and deadlifts are the most effective exercises, but I'm not sure I can handle the DOMS throughout my workout week (M-Sat 10am-11pm or 3am) since I'm always on my feet. Just wondering how you 80+ hour-per-week workers manage to still exercise when so busy?
