Adding Pilates to current workout

I currently do resistance training and cardio. One day RT, one day cardio, etc. for six days. How do I incorporate Pilates into this routine? Should I do it on my RT days or my cardio days, or change the line-up all together?

I really love the resistance training, and do cardio for the overall health benefits. But I also enjoy Pilates and believe it to be a very good workout. I would like to be able to do all three routines, and I want to make sure I am able to get the full benefits of each.

I'd probably do it on resistance day. I do Pilates as my resistance/strength training.

You'll probably feel the benefits of Pilates by doing it twice a week since you're already active. I try for 3 times a week, but I've been doing it for a while now. The muscles worked in Pilates often need a day of rest afterward.
