I really love milk shakes. I haven't drunk any since I started my diet. But I am really missing them and I think that it would be difficult for me to resist if I went to a fast food restaurant again. Are there any light options of milk shakes? Maybe anyone has a great recipe which I could try at home and which isn't too high on calories! That would be so great!
