Actually gaining weight !!!!

Hello,

I think there's no need to really lie or try to make up excuses here, so I'll be as honest as I can be. I'm actually gaining the weight I've lost... I'm on a diet for about 4 months now, and I've manage to lose 10 pounds in the first two months... and gain pretty much all of it back in the last two months. :banghead:

Reasons?

- I'm getting sick of eating the same thing over and over again.
- My doctor said I should start getting B12 shots and take MultiVitamins and probably Metformin again... but I hate taking pills, and believe it or not, I don't have the time to go to the doctor for the shots. (When she told me to do all of these we were on the phone, that's the closest I can get to a doctor! LOL) School work is just insane, and the campus clinic is only open few days a week and I have classes during their hours!!! Also, since it's kind of cheaper than other places, it's so crowded all the time.
- It's exam times and I'm basically sitting 16 hours a day, studying. I'm getting approximately 4-5 hours of terrible sleep at night, and I have to constantly eat otherwise I go crazy out of boredom! Also, the only reason I would forgive myself to take a break is to eat something or for a bathroom break. :(
- NO EXERCISE
- I hate to admit this last one... I was going through lots and lots, and so I spent a considerable amount of money on Chocolate, Chips and Soda... and sat down, and ate ALL OF THEM in two days. Massive regret and shame, but I thought I needed it.

I'm sick of my excuses. I am being lazy, and quitting because it's getting hard. I should be able to balance work and school and diet, but it's just so hard... and summer is coming, AND there's a wedding party in two weeks. Here we go again, another wedding shoving myself in the back of every photo and being the fattest girl my age. :(

Yeam 93 We all fall off our diets from time to time, don't get discouraged. Good job on losing 10 Lbs in 2 months. I have some suppliments that are high in B12 and not in pill form. If you feel this is something that you may like to take a look at contact me on yahoo messenger <not allowed>
