I fight agents the Pills that says gives you strong muscles or whatever and i support the natural way and the other myth of anyone under the average male high of 5ft6 can never become strong i give my own proof to that through my that both myths are wrong.
I just started to go to the gym 2-3 times a week but im not planning to be too muscular like a body builder just enough for myself needs and well being, while keeping fit healthy and keeping a social life.
im 19 years old (1990) 5ft2 and strong with abs so yes short people can be strong ah thats another myth: Short people can not be strong there for they are counted to be half strong as the normal person and never have abs...
I got told i was the strength of a half a person by adults when iwas 14 15 16 and public i hated that, so yet again my site proves anyone can be strong n have abs if they do something about it.
