I am an 18 year old male. I am 5' 11" 170lbs. I am very active, I wrestle for my high school team, I am also training to be a MMA fighter. But I cannot, for the life of me, get a six pack. I train more than anyone I have ever met (approx 35-45 hours a week between practice, training and lifting). I am on a strict diet because of the fact that I have to make weight. Would anyone be so kind as to provide a workout specifically for trimming fat and toning the muscle's on the rectus abdominal's and obliques? Or atleast link me to one? Any help would be very appreciated.
