Abdominal Exercise, Does It Work For Lapping Skin ?

Hi, and thank you for checking out my post....

I've been dealing having to live with an Abdominal Region that wants to hang, and let me say it's nasty looking. So.... I'm wanting to get rid if it without doing any surgery. But I don't know if that is possible at my age considering I'm 48 years old. Can somebody give me some advice in respect to this issue?

Abdominal exercises will strengthen your abdominal muscles. You will need to burn more calories than you consume to get rid of the saggy tummy. I find a combination of healthy eating, cardio and resistance training work well. Genetics are a big factor too. Some people have better elasticity in their skin than others.
 
If it is fat that is hanging you will have to lose it. Through diet, interval training and lactic acid weight training. Abdominal training is actually very inneffective for losing this fat. If it is just lose skin though it will shrink to a certain degree, or you will need surgery. I also heard kola nut is good for this but can't say I have seen results first hand.
