Hey I was out sailing today on my lake and I fell off my boat and smashed my shoulder i felt a crunching sound like right when it hit with all my body weight and stuff and like yeah it hurt a fair ammount thien but ALOT more like 2night. It kills to move it around like its not unberable but really hurts and it gets worse when u strain it and put weight or pressure on it. This is already my weaker smaller arm so if i cant lift with it in the gym im screwed it'll look retartded my preportions not only that but now i cant do shoulder excersises. I'm supposed to go to the gym on fri and run tomm (thurs). What on earth am i going to do ...

I depend on weight lifting and fitness to help me keep going and if I don't do it i'll prob get depressed :S
