And, I will be kicken' it, as long as my balls swing back and forth as I walk this planet earth. From day one nearly 4 years ago, it was a lifestyle, nothing temporary. It is a part of me like the hair on my @ss.
I gave myself a b-day present, set within fitness goals a few weeks ago. Reach the higher end of 6% BF, and I am currently at 6.8%.

Had a good time with my sons at Golden Corral, and went out and bowled a few games. Its always, testosterone filled excitement to the dismay of grandma and their mother.
