Hey everyone, it is no secret that I consider so many of you to be close friends, valuable teachers and amazing sources of inspiration. I mentioned in a thread sometime ago that I really wanted to give something back. But as a crazy, non-rich, ukulele playing madman on the other side of the world what could I possibly offer? Other than perhaps a little song about the journey we all face. So I did. It is just in first draft right now, but I made a little video (sound quality not great) and I am dedicating it to everyone here at WLF. Once the lyrics are finalized (and I practice it a lot more) I will make a final draft and present it to all of you to show my thanks. If you are interested you can see the first draft video at:

Once again everyone, thanks so much, just even for being here. Even those who I have never spoken to have helped me tremedously by sharing their diaries, successes and setbacks. I am not at the end of my journey yet, but after 50 pounds (more than I have EVER lost in my life) I am happier, healthier and more positive than any ever before. I can see the finish line around the corner, and this place helped to make that a reality.
I hope you ALL realize, deep down in side, that your kind words, helpful advice and commitment to others is not only helping to change their lives, you are saving lives. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving mine. Words could never describe how I feel in side...
