I know when I started to try and eat healthy it was hard to give up cheeseburgers, fried chicken, and French fries, etc. I was looking around or recipes this morning and found a neat site that shows you how to make those foods you crave when you first start into something healthier, so if you can't hold in your cravings, instead of eating something so unhealthy you can attempt to make it a little better for you. I hope it helps! I wish I had this site last April!
