A second go at this!

Hey guys! I've been coming to this forum for a couple of years and have learned much.

As a junior in high-school I tipped the scales at 235+ lbs. Fearing for my health and my future, I decided to do something about my weight and over the span of 2 years dropped about 55 lbs and maintained a weight of around 180 lbs.

Then college happened.

I got busy and I got lazy. I've just recently finished my first year of college and have already thrown away the progress I had made over the past 2 years. I've put the proverbial freshmen 15 to shame and am now at 240 lbs.

I'm going to do this again. I'm going to eat and live healthier than I have ever before and I'm going to keep it that way!

Please, all, follow me on my 2nd journey so that I won't have to make it again.

This is me before I started losing weight (circa 2006)

Hi there! I completely feel for you. It's hard to eat healthy during college, but it can be done. I was a fast food junkie, and stopped eating it. Try little changes at first. Good luck! :)
