a quick question

alright...so I just started doing Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing 5 days a week and I lift weights 3 nights a week, with that and a healthy diet (which I am sticking to) does anybody think I will see results...and if so how soon...

Results for what? That's a very open ended question. :)

ARe you wanting to lose weight? If so, then what you eat is more important than exercise in the long run. If you want to lose weight, you'll need to manage your food as well as your exercise.

yeah I weight about 240 lbs. and I want to be 200...so weight loss is my ultimate goal...but I have always had a poor diet...what I meant to say was with the proper diet and steady exercise is it possible to get to 200 lbs.

a healthy diet doesn't actually mean a low calorie diet. The information is still too vague.

More importantly is the fact you need to realize it isn't so much how soon but that you will get there eventually. It takes time to do it right. You will need to do a lower calorie healthy diet along with the exercise to lose weight.

Yes. Exercise and a healthy diet will assist you in losing weight.

My only concern is this; are you certain your new diet is "proper"? Thats a very vague word, and my people tend to waaaaay overestimate their total calorie intake. If you count calories you can be much more accurate in how much you are consuming, and it makes the process clearer.

thank you guys for taking out the time to help me out...
