A quick question on reputation.

I didn't noticed this and now I'm a bit confused, maybe someone can explain it to me?

There is the regular "give rep for this post" button below user-name.

And, I just noticed this so forgive my ignorance, there is this other button that says: "add to this user's reputation" at the bottom of the post, left to the report button.

So what button should i use?, what does this last button do? (no i haven't tried pressing it, i don't wanna press it without knowing what it does, since there is already one "reputation" button)

I'm sorry if I'm missing something or my question is stupid!

LOL both buttons do the same thing... I always tend to use the one at the top too...
