A quick introduction ;)

Hello my names steve from england in 6 months im due to get married and want/need to lose a lot of weight. My aim is 4/5 stone in 6 months most think its crazy but its only 3.5lb a week (thats not to bad)

Im currently 18 stone 10lb and would like to be 14 stone so i look good on my big day.

Recently i decided to cut down on things and exercise alot more playing football walking gym swimming what ever there is im up for it. I used to have a bad problem with coke cola and drank atleast 2ltrs a day not inc my upto 10 cups coffee with 3 spoons of sugar. I have stopped drinking pop and changed it for juices, also cut down on my sugar intake cakes crips and everything else that taste good.

I have been advised to join a fitness program by my docters called (skips ? or the diet and excersie regime) and will start that within the next 2 weeks.

Congrats on your upcoming marriage. I wish you all the best. Please don't let your success/failure at losing your goal weight affect our journey. You don't have to be at perfection to be successful. 3.5 pounds per week is an exceptionally lofty goal.
