A quick hello !

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm new here and have also recently lost over 20 lbs. It came off pretty fast i guess but now I'm having a hard time trying to lose more. I know what I have to do, I just have to be really motivated and consistent. I lost it the good old way of counting calories and exercising twice a day. Now I jog once a day 5 days a week and watching what I eat. I guess I just have to do more. Anyway, it's great to have a place like this with people that are experiencing the same things I am. BTW I would like to lose at least 25 to 30 more lbs. I don't look to bad now but I can definitely look better.
 
Hey cissy, welcome to the forum! I agree that the weight loss diary section is great... you'll probably find a lot of inspiration there from what others have achieved and what they've done to get there!
