Hello Weight-Loss people, im 15 and do alot of weight lifting, and decent amount of cardio, and abdominal excersizes although i seem to still have fat in my abdominal area and its really stressing me out. Girls hit on my all the time due to good looks and the fact that they think im ripped, until i take my shirt off, I attached two pics.

Im hoping you guys can give me some tips and help me out with this problem.

reduce your calories. Since you can't spot reduce, you just need to keep slowly removing body fat

I mostly use dumbells, sometimes deadlifting about 110, run for 30 mins to an hour on sunday/saturday, im usually busy moving around the rest of the week, and do pushups, situps, the bicycle, and just plain old leg raises.

Good man with the free weights! I'm a cable fan myself :D, free movement. You can try this if you want but you have to stick with it for a while. Stop doing sit ups and change them to crunches. Try and find an alternative to deadlifts (hopefully free weight or cables) and when you do ALL of your exercise/activity with your abs pulled in and tensed if you know what I mean. It will be hard to start, but become easier with practics. Should make your abdominals stronger and bring your stomach in.

You realize he can exercise till the cows come home and his abs are perfect but as long as there is a layer of fat still, it won't mean anything.

I would listen to Jericho. There is fat covering the muscle, until you loose the fat you can do sit ups forever and not see it.
Try a high protein lower calorie diet (check out threads by Steve).

Well the only reason I pin pointed sit ups is they make your abs to grow out and you want your abs to pull in and get tighter. I also pin pointed dead lifts because over a long period of time it will give you a bulging stomach, forward sloping arm, dumpy arms and a shorten spine. It wasn't any thing to do with fat but physiological state, theres a tip :p you can train yourself to look fat! :p.
