A new start

Hello everyone, so a little about me, I'm a 19 year old male, and i've recently started to try to lose weight. I'm only on day 6 and im finding it pretty tough but tolerable. Now that im trying to eat healthy, I've realised all that junk I used to it, and I also realized all the junk other people eat. Its pretty tough trying to lose weight when all you see is people eating chips, chocolat, fries.. etc. Anyways my starting weight (as of Monday) was 264.6. And im only limiting myself to weight myself once a week. I'm not even sure how much i plan on losing since im not really sure what the optimal weight is for a male that is 5 11. I'm really looking forward to Monday morning and checking if I made any progress.

Sounds like you have a good plan. Good luck on Monday.

But don't get discouraged if you dont get the results you were lookin for. It might take longer...so stick with it!
