Hey everyone, i just wanted to say hi, and wanted to drop some info on me.
First off, i am 17 years old and i consider myself about 30 lbs. over weight, and would like to dro down from 205- the 170-175 range. I am active, eat too much, and have a workout plan to help me reach my goals. I am a very inspired person, and would like to hear any stories that you guys may have about your weight loss and muscle gain goals of your own. I need to change my body for a few reasons. (personal reason, self-embarrassment reasons, and most importantly i have had a few set backs in my athletic career due to being overweight and not in shape.) so any info you guys have or if you just want to stop and say hi....i'd really appreciate it.
