A little help

Hi, for the past 3 weeks I have been on a new diet/exercise plan, I just want to know if I'm doing this correctly.

This is basically my my plan.

I wake up around 10am and I eat a bowl of high fiber cereal, then around 11am I start my workout, I do 40/60 minutes of weights, I normally just use dumb bells and bench press in this time slot. Once I finish that I go outside and box for about 10/20 minutes. After that I have lunch, for lunch I normally have some cooked pasta with skinless breast chicken and a salad. After I lunch I then proceed to go the park and kick a soccer ball around for about 1 hour. Then I come home and normally have a snack like a salad sandwich or rice crackers, I then play about 1 hour or more of Inline hockey. Then I have dinner about 7pm, normally just meat and vegetables, and I normally have a snack later on that night.

I also drink about 3 to 4 liters of water a day. I don't do this routine everyday because I play Ice hockey on Wen and Saturday, on these days I normally just do light weights boxing and inline hockey. And the only abdominal work i do is like 200 sit ups a day.

I'm 18 years old, height 6'2, weight 231lbs

I'm mainly on this for hockey and I want to lose some of my stomach fat.
My goal is 209lbs.

What do you think of my plan?
And have you got any ideas on losing stomach fat?

Looks pretty clean to me man (diet wise), Only thing I can see is drop cereal for breakfast. Get some fruit or veggies in you, and oats or egg whites (most important meal of the day, so make it your best meal). Drop the refined grains, like rice crackers, cereals, if you eat any white bread, pasta.

Unless you really enjoy the 200 situps you can calm down on those, you are not going to shrink your belly that way. Other then playing sports you have no workout? Looks like your cardio is covered, lift some weights.

I do indeed do some weights, I do 10 sets of 15 reps with dum bells which weigh 10kg each, ummm.... I bench press 5 sets of 40kg weights with 5 reps, and yea.
question, weight is best loss with cardio correct, I mean weights help but cardio is what you should focus on mainly, is this correct? when you say egg whites you mean just taking the yellow **** out, and how would you eat them? like chop vegetables up and make like a omelet or something. and should i also have a protein shake with breakfast.

Ditch that start a solid routine instead. 10 sets of 15? You need to learn the basic fundamentals of lifting. Check out the stickies in the lifting section.

Fat loss=Negative energy. Aerobic training is just one factor. Your diet and lifting are more important.

Scrambbled, omelte, poached... endless with the eggs. Also you can have some yolk to, just fit in your caloric needs and try to make them omega eggs.

By lifting weights you maintain your muscle while burning alot of calories, with cardio you are more likely to lose muscle. Mixing both you get the best of both worlds.
