A little help? Suggestions?

Hello Everyone.
I'm having problems shaking this weight. I'm 6 foot 10 Inches tall, I'm about 300 pounds, give or take. I'm a Strength Training, I'm a practitioner of Krav maga and Budo Ryu Ninjutsu, both for at least a year. I'm in better shape, I know I am, I'm just not in the shape I want to be in. Recently, before Christmas, about a week or so before, I had a heart attack, and it kinda shocked me, that what I am doing isn't enough evidently. Any suggestions? I want to get into actual good shape, anyone have any suggestions? I live in Florida, I was hoping to be in noticibly better shape by the time beach time rolled around, is that at all a reasonable goal?

You had a heart attack at 19?

You should really be talking to your doctor about what you should be doing; not an internet forum

My suggestion would be that you need to come to the realization that you need a lifestyle change. I would "assume" that if you are carrying that type of weight you are likely not eatting healthy. Start with little steps, but I agree with the above, if you've had a heart attack I would think you would need to be under the supervision of a doctor because you may need restrictions on your exercise? Either way good luck!
