A healthy breakfast

Hey I'm currently doing the insanity programme just going into week 3 making good progress so far, but I have had peanut butter on wholemeal toast for 15-16 days now and it's getting incredibly boring! So I have just bought some ready brek and crunchy nut and alpen cereals are these ok to eat?

Congrats on your progress. I'm not a nutritionist but sounds healthy I know boredom will only eventually cause defeat, that's good that ur broadening your food choices on days that I'm rushed a need to grab a quick bite, I cut a avacado in half and place an over easy egg in the center of the avacado, a yummy and fast low cal high protein breakfast.

I'd say you should try oatmeal and see if you like it. It's very versatile. You can mix it with every kind of nut and/or fruit you can think of. It's a great source of carbs and (believe it or not) even protein. It also makes you feel full longer than regular cereal. Give it a try if you like.
