A good way to tone the stomach for an on-the-go person?

Okay... I'm by no means judging you... I am mearly telling you how it is.

It is natural for every woman to have a bit of a bump on thier stomachs. You will see super skinny women with still a bit of a bump near the bottom. It's something that is natural and should not be tried to get rid of.

But... in terms of trying to tone it up try doing sit ups and crunches. They seem to work for me... when i can be bothered to do them! haha
 
f you want to tone up your stomach, then forget crunches and situps, they may stimualte the muscle there but it will not help yiu burn the fat covering your sexy abs.

Simply get into some cardio, favourites of mine are walking, skipping and swimming!

Good luck, those sexy abs can be yours in no time
