I am recently gaining a lot of weight so i 'm pretty worried about this and start doing research about this. My close friend suggests that i read this book: EAT MORE AND LOSE WEIGHT: KEEPING FIT NATURALY, by an author named Peter Wright. She said that it worked pretty well for her friend. So i bought and read the book from Amazon. So far, i find it very tough to follow the instructions that i read from the book. I wonder if there is an easier way that work for me. Wonder if someone can give me some advice?

I would be very cautious of a book like this which is self published by an author with no qualifications that I can find and the book has zero reviews. I also note that the book was only published towards the end of last month.

The Authors other book is totally unrelated, was published in October and has a 1 star rating as it contains nothing but generic rubbish.

Lots of red flags here, a better option is to introduce yourself more fully here and you will get a lot of useful advice targeted at your specific needs.

Thank you for your kind help!

Hey Oranda, welcome to the forum!

Why not try starting a diary here (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ). You can tell us more about yourself and your goals. People here are quite friendly and always helpful. Maybe more so than the book. And most of us share your food problems, we are not all experts, but we are experienced.

Best of luck to you!
Thank you very much
