A few questions

Hi. I've just started working out, been doing it for almost a month now. I will admit, like others here I get rather annoyed and lose my spark to do it when I get on that scale and notice I've gained more weight instead of lost it. I've been told that it could be muscle mass I am gaining... my thighs do have more muscle to them now. So, I'm assuming that's what it is. I am 5'7 to 5'8 and now I weigh 195. I was weighing 190 before I started this.

I have been taking a fat burning pills called Thermo Dynamx.. I take two a day. It suggests four a day but I didn't want to kill my stomach in case it didn't like the pills much. I also take multi-vitamin pills with my food when I eat. I've been watching calories, trying to stay ontop of all that. Also, I have started running for twenty minutes a night to get my body use to it, then I will up the time.

I have some work out videos and I do them an hour a day. I switch them around, pilates one day along with thighs and arms.. then the next day some abs (I love Tamilee Webb... very good video) and buns.

Now I have a few questions that I hope someone can answer for me.

1) Is it better, in the long run, to do abs say monday and then rest them until Wednesday? And is that the same for all muscles?

2) Should I start taking four of those diet pills now that my body is used to them? (Does anyone know if Stacker2 is that good?)

3) Is there any way to make calf muscles smaller? Mine are rather large since they've been holding up my weight and I don't like them that large.. (hehe)

4)Is it better for one to work out at night, after you've eaten all day so you get rid of all those calories you've created and plus left over ones?

5) When working on thighs and buns.. is it a good idea to run up and down like a flight of stairs? I'm sure that works for the cardio I need.. but was curious if that would also help them out at all...

I had more questions but there are way too many posted now. So, thank you to anyone who answers.. I appreciate it. Thanks again

i am a chinese .in our country ,many people don't need to lose weight ,because they are too thin right now.i think that is because what we eat everyday.we just eat rice and some green vegetables and never eat too much meat.i think our life style is very healthy.don't you think./
